we are experiecing problems with respect to the server "neuron.mydedi.net" and we are currently working on it. We expect this to back running smoothly within 29 Jan 2010. In case anyone if facing problems please send us an email at CustomerSupport@spacerich.com or open a support ticket.
We can also arrange to move to another server within if requested.
