Node is now online and we are successfully out of the outage. We had to replace the broken HDD, recover the data and restore it back on the new HDD. This involved significant amount of time, effort and money. Finally, we are happy to announce that all the VPS on this node are restarted (in the process) without any data failure.
If you are still facing any problem with the VPS, it must be VPS specific. Please open a *NEW* support ticket and we will handle it.

Earlier, Downtime Message
we experienced HardDrive failure on the "carton".
We are working with SoftLayer techs, hard drive has been replaced and we are in the process of restoring the data.
