Though we tried hard we could not recover back any data due to multiple disks failure on RAID-5 storage.
We are extremely sorry for this.
We will start now to re-create a new VPS container/account per customer. This will take a little while and you will informed with a new welcome e-mail.
If you have saved any previous backups please restore it. If the backup is a " Quick Backup " from (SolusVM) control panel, then upload the backup and open a ticket. We will restore it for you. If you have signed up for managed support, then we have your backups, please open a ticket.
To compensate the loss we will credit you back with one full month, please open a ticket with Sales.
Sorry again as such failures are out of our hands.
